Michael Courier DC

Germantown, MD 20875
For vital records, certified copies, and any original-seal documents.

What to include in your first email

To get a same-day quote, include:

  1. Country of intended use. An apostille is only valid for countries in the 1961 Hague Convention. If the destination is non-Hague, I can help you with that process but it will take longer than listed examples here.
  2. Type of document. FBI Identity History Summary, birth certificate, marriage certificate, court order, USCIS correspondence, NARA record, etc.
  3. Number of documents. Single-document flat-rate pricing applies; bundles get the per-document discount.
  4. Timeline. Standard turnaround or urgent? In-person federal submission typically clears in 2–3 weeks vs. 6 weeks for mail-in.
  5. Whether the originals are digital or physical. FBI Background Checks are accepted by email; original-seal vital records must be mailed.
